Delivery to Burlington area is on Friday afternoon, from Memorial Day until Dec. 31
A selection of breads and pastries will be delivered to City Market (Onion River Food Co-op) and Dedalus Wine Shop and Market in Burlington.
Delivery to the St. Albans area will start in June until the end of October. We will deliver a selection of sprouted breads and classic sourdough bread to Hudak Farm every Saturday. Oven-warm breads usually come in around 12 noon. Check their website for opening hours.
The bakery is open to the public on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm, June through Thanksgiving. Please order your breads 3 days ahead of time to ensure availability. Bread selection varies, but there is always one classic sourdough bread and one sprouted bread variety plus our GF/V Nussbrot available. We will be closed from Sept 2 to Sept 12, 2017.
Group classes are offered year-round; please check the website-link "classes and workshops" for more information or go directly to our class signup page. Private tutoring is also available - we a specailized in teaching artisan bread baking techniques, sourdough alchemy and culinary education.
