If you always wanted to start baking with a live sourdough culture or have questions regarding the baking process join us this Saturday for a Q&A, short demo and tasting of sourdough bread.
We talk about how to start and maintain a live bread culture (AKA sourdough) and how keep it happy and alive in your home. Come curious and bring your questions and your protective face masks. (The demo will be outside, weather permitting, and you do not need to wear a mask if you are fully vaccinated or bring a negative COVID-19 test result not older than 72 hours.)
Everybody is welcome to take a starter culture from the bakery home to start their own baking adventure!

The demo will be outside, weather permitting, The event may be cancelled due to bad weather, please check your emails by Saturday morning 10 AM in case the weather forecast predicts very cold temperatures or heavy rain/thunderstorms.
