So do we - and we've traveled the world to bring you the best vegan recipes in pastry making: Creamy cheezecakes, scumptious chocolates tarts, vegan nutella and warm biscuits from the oven... these are only a few examples from the exciting world of plant based baking.

Discover the new frontiers in vegan pastry making with us while using ingredients that will support your health - we'll use nuts, tofu, healthy fats, local grains, fruits from the garden and much more. You will not only learn new techniques but also get a better understanding of plant baked baking and how to swap ingredients to veganize your favorite dessert. Receipes and ingredients will be shared beforehand and you will be able to work along in your home kitchen during class.
