Are you curious about plant based baking? Have you wondered how to make your favorite breakfast pastries like scones and brioche vegan without compromising of flavor and texture? Are you new to plant based baking and what to learn the basics?

If you can say yes to any of those we invite you to join us for our class series "Plant Based Baking". We are taking classic pastries & desserts and veganize them in a way that's not only delicious but also healthy and innovative. Join us to gain a better understanding of the foundation of pastries, breads and desserts made with dairy alternatives. This is part three in our series and we focus on healthy bars, snacks and chocolates in this module. Don't worry if you missed part 1 and 2 - we will continue the series in the fall/winter 2022/23 so you have a chance to catch up!

We have traveled the world to bring you the best vegan recipes in pastry making: Pastry classics, festive cakes, and finally some vegan showpieces for your dessert plate - our series will move from basic introduction to building advanced skills, providing you with the foundations to explore more plant-based baking at home.

Discover the new frontiers in this relatively new style of pastry making with us, while using ingredients that will support your health - we'll use nuts, tofu, healthy fats, local grains, fruits & veggies from the garden and much more. Recipes and ingredients will be shared beforehand and you will be able to work along in your home kitchen with two recipes during class.

Treat yourself, your family and your guests with delicious pastries, cakes and desserts and join us for part one in May, part two in June and part three in September. All online classes will be recorded and when you sign up you can watch them again at your leisure or on your own if you can't make a specific class day. All classes are donation-based - give as much as you can. The proceeds go to the Orangutan Project to support their work of critical habitat protection, orangutan care centers and rehabilitation and release programs.
