Interested in joining the ranks of sourdough baking fans, but not sure how or where to start? This fall I am partnering again with City Market / Onion River Coop in Burlington to teach a four-part livestream series on all things sourdough!
The series will move from feeding and maintaining a sourdough culture in class one to beginning to bake with sourdough where you can watch and make notes, or bake along some things we'll make in class.
Baking starts with simple biscuits and cookies, taking it to the next level with a simple bread, and finally crowning it with a cake. We also talk about what to do with your discard culture - in fact, we'll turn it into something delicious too! Tune in for just one part, or join every week.
