Here is one of our favorite bead recipes - it's a simple, no fuss approach to bread baking with sourdough and can be done by anyone, you don't need a mixer for this recipe. If you like a softer bread (or you are new to bread baking and not yet familiar with shaping techniques) you can bake this in a pan loaf form, it makes an equally lovely bread that has a nice tang and a soft crumb texture.
