Come on a (bread-) journey around the world with us! Wherever we go we try to connect, discover and taste and like to share this experience with you...

Winter has arrived - we're hibernating!

...well, not really - but we wont be delivering until later this spring, now is the time of travel and adventure! We will be starting a journal of this year's trip to Europe and invite you to come with us to  discover delicious foods, bakeries and visits to chefs and food-makers. Check back soon!

3/16/2016 - Preparing For Start Into The 2016 Baking Season

Back from Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York - what an experience! The modern, light-filled bakery makes the most amazing whole grain breads from locally grown wheat flours, and the dedication of the people working in this place is truly inspiring. I will definitly be back, baking, tasting, experimenting and maybe doing some classes and workshops.

Happy to be back in Vermont now, preparing the start into the new baking season. Classes are ongoing (please check the class calender) and the first delivery to City Market in Burlington will be beginning of April. Check back soon for exact dates, new products and the baking schedule.

1/3/2016 - Winter Break

We are currently in our winter break until the end of April 2016. In the meantime, please check out our classes and workshops and come bake with us!

1/2/2016 - Classes and Workshops

After many hours of exchanging ideas, discussing topics, traveling & tasting, baking & cooking we are very excited about our upcoming class series "Culinary Journey Around The World", which includes (baking-) trips to Italy, France, Germany, Scandinavia and beyond.

We will start on Feb. 21 with a culinary journey to Naples, Italy, where we explore the origin and traditions of Neapolitanian Pizza. The birthplace of pizza still values the craftsmanship of the pizzaiollo (the expert pizza-maker), and we will learn everything from the unique geographical and environmental conditions that make the region around Naples world renowned for its pizza, to applying hands-on technique and baking skills to make it authentic. With these skills you can easily bring Pizza to your home kitchen and oven.

More classes will follow, please check our class schedule.
A tasting lunch is always included, and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussions.
