Our Pick Up Address: Brotbakery, 38 Meade Rd. in Fairfax, Vermont - please use the parking spaces opposite the stone house facing the woods and come up to the bakehouse via the walkway along the barn. Walk up the stairs to the porch where you see the entrance to the bakery. Come on in!

Description
Our house specialty! The Cider Stollen is made with local, organic apple cider and an eclectic mix of dried fruits and nuts - this Stollen variety is certainly different, with tasting notes of tropical fruits and ginger, and the aromas of nutty sunflower oil and baked apples.
This is also our vegan variation of the classic German Stollen; it is made with oat milk, local unrefined sunflower oil from Morningstar Farm Vermont, and dipped in coconut/cashew butter - just as rich, moist and delicious as the dairy version but very unique!

heritage wheat flour*, cane sugar*, local unrefined sunflower oil*, oat or soy yogurt and oat milk, marzipan (almonds*, rose water, sugar*), agave syrup*, orange*, lemon*, dried fruits (variable)*, mixed nuts*, vanilla*, spices, local organic apple cider*, fresh yeast, sourdough culture*, powdered sugar* (for dusting)
