Our Pick Up Address: Brotbakery, 38 Meade Rd. in Fairfax, Vermont - please use the parking spaces opposite the stone house facing the woods and come up to the bakehouse via the walkway along the barn. Walk up the stairs to the porch where you see the entrance to the bakery. Come on in!

A favorite in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, Mohnstollen (Stollen with a sweet Marzipan-Poppy Seed filling) is moist, creamy and flavorful. Like a Strudel, the poppy filling is rolled into a rich Stollen dough which gives the Mohnstollen a distinct appearance, it's superb flavor and texture.
