A true sourdough bread the way it's enjoyed in northern Europe, made with sprouted whole grains and heritage wheat flour. Flavorful rye and delicate spelt can satisfy a purist on their own, but they can also be combined with einkorn, emmer, buckwheat, quinoa, nuts, fruits and even dark chocolate for a surprise. This bread is exeptional moist and flavorful and is loaded with seeds and less common ingredients like amazake, maple and beer. A rich, satisfying bread that is nourishing and delicious at the same time.
