The retail bakery is closing on Thanksgiving weekend and will reopen for pick-up in May.
Please contact us if you like to pick up STOLLEN and other HOLIDAY ITEMS directly from the bakery - baking days vary and we can discuss best days to pick up with you via email or by phone (802) 370.4077.  Please visit us for a class year round!
The bakery is open to the public every Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm (or sold out), June 2 through November 24. If possible, please order your breads three days ahead of time to ensure availability. Bread selection varies, but there is always the classic sourdough bread (aka "classic'), and we often make a special seasonal variety. 
We also have a selection of pastries and serve coffee, tea, Cappuccino and Latte with beans roasted by Brio Coffeeworks in the bakery every Saturday. This means even if the breads may be sold out - you can still enjoy a German Chocolate Cake, some Butterkuchen, Croissants & Brioche with a fine cup of coffee at our picknick tables.

Delivery to the St. Albans area: We will deliver our bread to Hudak Farm on weekends, from mid June until October 19.

Private one-on-one tutoring is also available - we a specailized in teaching artisan bread baking techniques, sourdough alchemy and vegan pastries.
