The retail bakery is open on Saturdays during the summer for bread pick-up fresh from the wood fired oven. The 2020 baking season will start around Memorial Day.
November and December Holiday Hours 2019:
Saturday November 16: Open 10 am to 4 pm for pre-ordered bread only. Please order by Thursday, 6pm for the Saturday bake
Saturday November 23: Open 10 am to 4 pm for pre-ordered bread only. Please order by Thursday, 6pm for the Saturday bake
Thursday, November 28 (Thanksgiving Day): Open 10 am to 2 pm for Stollen and special order pickup - please order your Stollen by Saturday, Nov 16.
Saturday, November 30: CLOSED for Special Class
December opening hours
Stollen will be baked all through Dec. 24 and will be available at City Market Onion River Coop and here at the bakehouse - please check back soon for details.

We are located at 38 Meade Rd., in Fairfax, Vermont, about 40 minutes from Burlington and 1 hour 45 minutes from Montreal, about 15 minutes from Exit 18 off Interstate 89. Please check up-to-date opening hours and updates here or on our Facebook site, as we close the bakery frequently for classes and events
Breads are also available at Hudak Farm Stand
in St Albans from mid June until mid October (delivery on Friday afternoon). Please check their website for opening hours.
