The school is located about 35 minutes north of Burlington, VT , where you also find the closest international airport and direct trains to New York. Please note that there is no public transportation to Fairfax and taxis/Lyft/Uber are rare, so you would need your own transportation to get to the bakehouse. Rental cars are available in Burlington and St. Albans.

Vermont is beautiful in any season but book early! We are excited to collaborate with Hotel Vermont in Burlington and several locally owned B&B's in the area to accommodate you during our workshops and classes.

All our partners offer relaxing accommodation, great food and true Vermont hospitality. There are hotels in the quaint town of Saint Albans, several Airbnb's and a campground in the area.  We also have a few recommendations for simple, private rooms (family style) nearby. Contact us if you like more information.

We also have a small guesthouse on the grounds of the bakery which may be available at time of your class. Please inquire if interested.
